About the role:

We are seeking a Lean Specialist – Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Expert for our Alba plant. You will support the Production System Development Manager and the Production Unit Manager in setting priorities and preparing an Autonomous Maintenance plan. You will ensure alignment with the Group plan and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement local objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

As Lean Specialist – Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Expert, you will manage activities related to Autonomous Maintenance (AM). Your responsibilities include training staff, engaging teams, supporting data collection, facilitating meetings, managing participation, and implementing advanced autonomous maintenance techniques.
You will communicate technical concepts clearly across all levels of the organization, motivate the production team, foster collaboration, manage conflicts, and facilitate problem resolution.
You will demonstrate adaptability by applying Change Management methodologies and leverage organizational strengths to involve staff in drafting operational standards.

Who we are looking for:

You should have a Master’s Degree in Engineering and strong Change Management Skills. Additionally, you need at least two years of experience implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), especially in Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
A desire for international mobility, passion for the Food sector, and curiosity are highly valued.
Fluency in both Italian and English is essential for effective intercultural communication.
