We seek a dedicated Lean Project Management Expert to join our Quality, Safety & Environment team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and facilitate Lean initiatives, train team members, and foster continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Agile methodologies, and bilingual proficiency in Italian and English (Spanish preferred) are required. The role covers projects across Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Andorra.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of Value Stream Maps (VSMs) and Kaizen workshops.
- Provide training on Lean principles and tools.
- Coach teams on Lean practices to promote continuous improvement.
- Organize Rapid Continuous Improvement events.
- Develop and deliver Lean training programs.
- Coordinate process excellence community events.
- Manage training infrastructure and materials.
- Assess organizational change readiness and develop implementation roadmaps.
- Promote Agile best practices organization-wide.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lean coaching and Agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Excellent training, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Bilingual proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish knowledge preferred.
Skills & Experience
- Understanding of DMAIC, Kaizen, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, statistical process control, and Lean management software.
- Experience with portfolio management, Agile Release Planning, and coaching teams in Agile ceremonies.
