Job Description

PM SUPPORT

Our client is an industrial group operating in the pharmaceutical sector. We are seeking a candidate for the position of PM SUPPORT. The selected candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will provide technical and operational support in managing complex projects within Operations and Engineering. Responsibilities include:

• Participating in technical meetings for the launch and management of Operations projects, supporting the COO in defining project constraints and monitoring progress;
• Preparing reports and presentations with technical-scientific content in Italian and English;
• Supporting management in dialogue with various company functions and operational sites, attending meetings and field events.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with a degree in Industrial Engineering or other scientific/engineering university backgrounds, fluent in English, proficient with IT tools, and professional experience in process engineering or project management. Preferably, candidates will have experience in the life sciences sector, familiarity with Lean methodology, and MES systems.

Additional Information

We offer a permanent contract. The main workplace is in the northern province of Modena, with frequent travel to other company sites across Italy.
