Emerson in Lugagnano Val d'Arda is offering a 6-month internship focused on Operational Excellence and digital transformation. Based at Vanessa, an Emerson company, you will work on real business projects, analyze data, improve processes, and contribute to innovative digital solutions.

You will collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering and IT to understand needs, translate requirements into maps and specifications, and support deployment and adoption of new

Competenze

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interest in Operational Excellence and digital transformation.
• Proficient Excel skills and data handling.
• Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Good English language skills.

Mansioni

• Support analysis of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Eng. and IT teams on digital initiatives.
• Help translate requirements into process maps, specs, and project docs.
• Assist project planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and user adoption of new digital solutions.
• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Create reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to aid decisions.
• Participate in Lean, continuous improvement, analytics, and AI projects.
• Contribute to Emerson’s digital manufacturing and Smart Factory journey.
