Job Description

The Business Unit Manager for the Juice & Fruit category is responsible for leading the development of the product portfolio by translating customer needs and market insights into distinctive, well-positioned solutions. This involves analyzing market trends, segmenting target markets, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of R&D and product development processes, as well as solid knowledge of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and customer segmentation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation within the Juice & Fruit product line.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.

Requirements
