The Role:

As a Lead Value Consultant, you will spearhead our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers. You will collaborate with the Celonis Sales Teams and be responsible for the entire value journey of our customers. Your role is to be a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve strategic goals and realize value using Celonis Process Intelligence. Working with our partners and Celonis Services, you will drive measurable business impact across various industries and accelerate platform adoption. You will combine deep process and industry expertise with strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills at one of the fastest-growing tech companies worldwide.

The work you’ll do:

Identify & Frame Value

• Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into impactful Celonis use cases.
• Create demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to attract new customers.
• Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects, communicating value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives.

Realize Value

• Facilitate business value workshops and identify opportunities for process improvements using Celonis.
• Develop improvement measures and lead enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Present results and value realization outcomes to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewal.
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps, embedding Celonis as a key platform for business transformation.
• Provide feedback to product teams for platform and app enhancements based on new use cases.

The qualifications you need:

• Customer Value Focus: 5+ years in analytical roles demonstrating or securing value through data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment, preferably in a customer-facing consulting or SaaS environment.
• Data & IT Skills: Knowledge of Business Software/SaaS (e.g., SAP), experience with RPA, BI tools, dashboards, apps, Python, SQL, and collaboration with IT teams.
• Process Improvement & Value Realization: Experience in identifying use cases, deploying improvements, and training users to realize value.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects across different stages of the value journey, leveraging partners as needed.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management in Italian and English.
• Business Domain & Industry Expertise: Understanding of Finance or Supply Chain domains, and industry trends and strategies.
• Degree: Degree in Technology & Management, Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
