A maritime towage operator based in Naples seeks a Technical Superintendent to oversee the performance and maintenance of their tugboat fleet. In this role, you will coordinate with onboard crews and shipyards, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure vessels remain compliant and safe. Strong leadership, sailing experience as a Chief Engineer, and fluency in Italian and English are essential for this role. Competenze

• Experience as a Technical Superintendent preferred but not essential.
