SYSTRA is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead complex design and analysis efforts for diverse building types, ensuring sustainability and compliance with international standards. The role requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and client relations in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering with 2+ years of experience, strong English skills (B2), and preferred Italian proficiency.

Competenze

• Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering; 2+ years in structural design and analysis.
• Experience with steel, reinforced concrete, precast concrete; prestressed and post-tensioned concrete; composite steel and concrete structures.
• In-depth knowledge of design codes and international standards for structural analysis.
• High proficiency in modern structural design and FEA software.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2 minimum); Italian is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in managing project teams and client relations.
