Hill International in Milano is seeking a senior Structural/Architectural Supervisor to oversee site activities for major construction projects. You will supervise structural steel erection, architectural finishes, and MEP interfaces while ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.

You will lead safety procedures, coordinate with piping, electrical, and HVAC teams, and report progress to the Construction Manager. Fluent English and extensive field experience are required.

Competenze

• Strong technical knowledge of structural and architectural materials, methods, and standards.
• Ability to interpret fabrication drawings, architectural layouts, and detail drawings.
• Hands-on experience with offshore modules, building interiors, and steel erection.
• Proficiency in using tools like AutoCAD, Navisworks, or 3D model viewers (desirable).
• Leadership and coordination skills in multicultural and multi-discipline environments.

• Structural Scope Supervision
• Oversee fabrication and erection of structural components per drawings and standards.
• Coordinate lifting, fit-up, and assembly of large modules or skids.
• Architectural Scope Supervision
• Oversee installation of architectural finishes and ensure quality.
• Monitor HVAC penetrations and MEP interface works.
• Quality, HSE & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with project specs, drawings, codes; enforce safety procedures.
• Participate in quality inspections and material verifications.
• Coordinate & Reporting
• Interface with other discipline supervisors and report progress daily.
