On Milano seeks a Lead Store Advisor to lead our retail team and deliver a premium customer experience. You will mentor Store Advisors, supervise customer interactions, optimize inventory management, and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging store environment.

You will drive sales performance, lead by example, and contribute to a dynamic retail environment that reflects our brand values and Athlete stories. Strong English required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in retail with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Running, Fashion, or Sports is a plus; passion essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire the team.
• Proactive and quick to learn; comfortable working independently and with others.
• A keen eye for maintaining a visually appealing store and high VM standards.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Store Advisors; supervise daily scheduling and zoning.
• Manage opening and closing procedures; ensure security and orderly operations.
• Maintain product and brand knowledge; contribute ideas for merchandising and events.
