Whaley Foodservice, LLC is one of the largest commercial kitchen equipment repair service companies in the Southeast, with over 600 employees across 31 locations.

This position is responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC, kitchen cooking, and refrigeration equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment.
2. Communicate the status of repairs with customers and branch offices.
3. Complete service calls accurately and promptly.
4. Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are available.
5. Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to represent Whaley quality.
6. Meet reasonable on-call requirements.
7. Coordinate with the branch office to order parts for repairs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Safety-first mindset
• At least three years of experience in commercial kitchen cooking and refrigeration equipment repair.
• Strong electrical, HVAC/R, and mechanical background is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Satisfactory background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets safety standards.
• Ability to complete required paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Excellent customer service skills.
