Fondazione Chips-IT is seeking a Research Engineer to lead the development of RF IC designs for next-generation wireless and high-frequency systems. You will architect and validate RF blocks, collaborate on packaging and co-design, and supervise graduate students.

The role emphasizes cutting-edge research, IP protection, and publication of impactful findings in RF domains as wireless technologies evolve.

Competenze

• Must have hands-on experience in RF/microwave IC design.
• Experience with mmWave circuits and silicon technologies is essential.
• Strong track record in research development and publishing.
• Ability to supervise graduate students and collaborate across disciplines.

• Lead R&D on RF and mixed-signal ICs for advanced communication and high-frequency systems.
• Architect, design, and validate RF blocks (LNA, PA, VCO, mixers, synthesizers) in silicon tech.
