ams OSRAM is seeking a Senior Staff Lab Validation Engineer in Vimercate, IT to lead the bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal and high-speed digital ICs. You will develop validation plans, define measurement strategies, and collaborate across architecture, design, verification, and manufacturing teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 8+ years in semiconductor validation, with hands-on experience using high-bandwidth oscilloscopes, VNAs, spectrum analyzers and other

Competenze

• Master's degree required in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years of semiconductor validation experience.
• Experience with RF, HF, analog and high-speed digital characterization.
• Experience bringing ICs from first silicon to production.
• Proficient with lab instrumentation and automated test equipment.
