Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and efficiently
• Manage online reservations and respond to guest inquiries via email and phone
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Coordinate with the hostess team for seamless service
• Provide tailored recommendations to meet guests' needs
• Understand menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and food allergies
• Operate the POS system (Simphony) effectively

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Hostess in a luxury environment
