Gomma Plastica in Settimo Torinese seeks a Production Assistant to oversee the operational and managerial coordination of production and maintenance in a high-automation environment. You’ll ensure continuity, quality, and safety while driving improvements through planning and data analysis.

You will collaborate with engineering, suppliers, and HR to optimize automated systems, manage shifts, and support staff development in a fast-paced production setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Management).
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial production/maintenance with leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of production processes.
• Proficiency in management software and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily production and automation activities with production plans and quality standards.
• Organize preventive and corrective maintenance with the technical team to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with suppliers and engineering to implement new procedures on automated systems.
• Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning for continuity.
• Track production data and escalate complex technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and workplace safety regulations.
