Fabrick is seeking a Lead Architect to steer the next-generation payment ecosystem and to connect banks with the Digital Euro framework. You will architect secure, scalable platforms, encompassing on-premise and cloud deployments, using Kubernetes and modern cryptography.

The role requires deep enterprise-architecture expertise and leadership to mentor teams, ensure compliant security practices, and deliver end-to-end core banking integrations including KYC/AML workflows.

Competenze

• 7+ years as an Enterprise/Solution/Software Architect in fintech/banking environments.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent STEM discipline.
• Professional fluency in English and Italian; willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Define and drive enterprise architecture for payment solutions linked to core banking with Digital Euro integration.
• Design high-security infrastructure including mTLS, signing, and key management using HSM/Vault.
• Architect cloud-native deployments with Kubernetes across on-prem and cloud providers.
• Oversee core banking integration across ledgers, P2P payments, acquiring, issuance, and KYC/AML workflows.
• Establish development standards, code reviews, and minimize technical debt.
