We, the NSP (Nike Stores Partnered) team, formalize and execute Nike's Direct to Consumer & Partner Management Strategies for our NSP fleet. We lead the NSP Channel within the Nike Direct organization, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver the best of Nike to our consumers now and in the future. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, this is a key growth area of the organization with no dull moments.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to join as NSP Account Executive, focusing on driving business alongside a strategic partner and supporting the team in launching this exciting new chapter of NSP in EMEA – our NSP NXT Model.

The role requires strong partnership and stakeholder management skills, understanding of merchandising, and savvy in business/retail planning and sales. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, capable of establishing clear financial plans, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure decisions are grounded in profitability, productivity, and consumer demand.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will have full ownership of executing the Consumer Fields of Play (Categories) Strategy, Landing Seasonal Stories, and Right Assortment (breadth and depth) to best serve our consumers. You will be the voice of Nike in the territory and vice versa to EHQ teams. Your focus will be on marketplace execution, obsessing over Seasonal Readiness, and proactively identifying commercial opportunities during in-season trade with partners to maximize mutual profitability. This includes:

  • Driving seasonal sell-in processes, collaborating with partners’ buyers and planners to ensure execution of CFOP strategy, seasonal stories, and assortment adoption.
  • Partnering with Nike and partner planning and finance teams to align on target setting, retail sales forecasting, OTB, and franchise planning at the CFOP level, including fleet plans.
  • Representing partners in key GTM moments to align on brand campaigns, distribution strategy, and identifying risks and opportunities through marketplace insights.
  • Leading seasonal hindsight gates for their respective CFOP and/or territory hub.
  • Leading partner connect gates (sell-in) in collaboration with merchandising teams, managing assortment adjustments, and obsessing over plans for pinnacle stores.
  • Driving sales and operations planning (S&OPs) with cross-functional teams, focusing on their CFOP and/or territory scope.
  • Obsessing over in-season trade processes, identifying additional opportunities to enhance retail performance and productivity.
  • Managing partner order books and stock & sales plans, ensuring inventory health, flagging risks, and adhering to cancellation and return terms.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role is part of the EMEA NSP team within Nike Direct. You will work closely with NSP partners, their planners, buyers, and finance teams, as well as key stakeholders such as merchandising, planning, CFOP leads, marketing, VMS, finance, and supply chain teams. Your ability to simplify complex issues will be essential for cross-functional alignment.
