Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning and buying, with expertise in digital media KPIs, tracking, and online analytics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day media operations, leading media campaign strategies, and analyzing media plans to ensure high-quality standards and business objectives are met.

Additionally, the Media Strategist will determine optimal investment plans, verify and analyze media reporting / data, troubleshoot queries from local marketing managers, and work closely with the overseas regional team to provide solutions proactively.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree with 2-3 years' experience in media planning and buying, as well as proficiency in digital media KPIs, tracking, and online analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Media Agency experience
  • Digital media KPIs, tracking, and online analytics
  • Strong digital background across global digital platforms (Google, Meta, Twitter, TikTok)
  • Expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent oral and written communication in Italian and English; proficiency in Chinese seen as an advantage
  • Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks / projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Familiar with executive-level reporting and communication
