Who we are looking for
We are currently hiring for two roles: a Lead Legal Counsel Corporate Governance and a Corporate Governance Lead, both reporting to the VP Group Corporate Governance. The team has been recently created to enhance our Governance and Board management and support our growth and transformation goals, with responsibility for setting up and managing the necessary systems and processes to ensure Chiesi meets key Corporate Governance and Board of Directors reporting requirements.
The Lead Legal Counsel Corporate Governance and the Corporate Governance Lead will work closely with and support the VP Group Corporate Governance in the following activities:
Fluent in Italian and English
Preferably based in the HQ in Parma; if not based in Parma, regular presence will be required.
