We are a growing team looking for a Lead IT Security in the IT department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan office.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of 3 IT professionals (based in Poland and Italy), ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  • Implement and manage IAM solutions to enhance security and protect company assets using the latest phishing-resistant methods.
  • Develop and enforce corporate security policies, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on information security and promoting a culture of security awareness.
  • Lead and execute IT projects for onboarding / offboarding and other IT / security initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement innovative IT solutions to streamline operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address IT-related needs and support business growth.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Share updates and clear communication on security projects and progress with stakeholders.
  • Ensure IT practices comply with industry standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF).

Minimum Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience in Information Security, ideally with IAM and security policy exposure.
  • Understanding security principles (e.g., defense in depth, least privilege), and access management rules (e.g., RBAC).
  • Experience working with IAM platforms like Okta, Entra, OneLogin; familiarity with SAML / OIDC protocols.
  • Experience in Agile project environments, able to plan and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish – you’ll work in a local and global setup.
  • Understanding of European compliance requirements, especially GDPR, NIS2.
  • Optional certifications : (ISC)2 CC, CISSP, CISM.
  • Experience in team management or a desire to develop leadership skills.
  • Passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to continuous learning.
