Job Title: Lead Interior Designer / Sales Executive (Furniture & Kitchens)

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain (Relocation required)

Monthly Salary: BHD 1,000 (approx. €2,450)

Company Overview: SIV W.L.L is a Bahrain-based company specializing in premium furniture and kitchen solutions, along with creative, client-focused design services. We are expanding our team and seeking a Lead Interior Designer who will also serve as a Sales Executive—capable of designing inspiring spaces while driving showroom sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Showroom Responsibilities
    • Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally and enthusiastically.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and kitchen solutions.
    • Provide detailed product information including features, materials, pricing, and availability.
    • Assist clients in visualizing their selections using samples, catalogs, and digital tools.
    • Prepare and present quotations; follow up to convert inquiries into sales.
    • Stay informed on current promotions, inventory, and new product arrivals.
    • Ensure product displays are visually appealing and aligned with marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking of showroom items.
    • Support showroom promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
    • Achieve or exceed personal and showroom sales targets.
  2. Interior Design & Project Oversight
    • Meet with clients to assess and define interior design requirements.
    • Advise on space planning, layout, furnishings, finishes, and color coordination.
    • Use CAD, 3DMax, or similar software to develop plans.
    • Prepare technical drawings and material lists for projects.
    • Research and source materials and furnishings.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement.
    • Supervise site work to ensure standards and deadlines are met.
    • Address technical issues during project execution.
    • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals.
    • Report regularly to senior management on project status and client feedback.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • 3-8 years of interior design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong sales background in furniture and kitchen industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMax, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, capable of multitasking.
