Job summary

Bosch Sensortec in Lombardy, Italy, seeks an experienced engineer to join our Design center for the next generation IMU development. You will define system requirements for MEMS, ASIC, packaging, testing, calibration and software.

You will plan and evaluate simulations and measurements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and help shape verification approaches while documenting results for reviews with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master or equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering.
• 8/10 years of industry experience with gyroscope and accelerometer sensor systems.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Define the system requirements for next generation IMUs and derive MEMS/ASIC/package/testing/calibration/software needs.
• Plan, organize, evaluate simulations, experiments and measurements to assess sensor concepts and performance.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary areas to align system requirements, verification evidence and implementation constraints.
• Contribute to verification and validation approaches for sensor systems.
• Document results and present them in project reviews with stakeholders and customers.
• Interface with internal experts and external partners to evaluate new sensor technologies.
