Job summary

RINA is seeking an Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join its Plant Engineering division in Italy (Fano, Genoa or Milan). The role focuses on leading I&C projects, interfacing with clients and vendors, and delivering end-to-end engineering activities.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in I&C consultancy for oil & gas or power sectors, strong English/Italian, and willingness to travel. A Master’s in Automation/Control is preferred, with opportunities for career growth and a competitive

Qualifications

• 4–7 years consultancy in I&C for oil & gas and power generation (onshore/offshore).
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently on diverse activities.
• Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad for project needs.
• Fluent Italian and good English.

Responsibilities

• Execute and lead I&C projects within the Plant Engineering Division.
• Interface with clients and vendors and coordinate with the team.
• Develop instrumentation, control, safety, F&G and telecom system designs and specs.
• Review design documentation and participate in technical bid evaluations.
