DSM-Firmenich ANH seeks an experienced Lead Expert in HR technology to drive end-to-end HR systems strategy. You will own SAP SuccessFactors and related platforms, govern payroll interfaces, and push automation across Hire-to-Retire processes.

You will lead across global teams, ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance. You will define a value-driven digital roadmap, aligning with business priorities and enabling scalable, customer-centric HR innovations across the value

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, HRIS or related field.
• 8+ years delivering enterprise HR technology platforms.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, cloud-based HCM solutions.

Join our Digital & Technology - Enterprise Functions team at Animal Nutrition & Health - Solutions and help drive the digital transformation of the HR domain.

In this context, you will lead end-to-end HR Technology as a strategic capability by owning SAP SuccessFactors and related HR applications, governing payroll providers and service partners, driving automation and digital employee experience initiatives, ensuring HR data integrity and regulatory compliance, and delivering integrated, high-quality HR services with continuous improvement across all HR process domains.

You will also define and execute a value-driven digital strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enabling scalable, customer-centric innovation across the value chain.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end HR Technology landscape, ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing services across SAP SuccessFactors and the broader HR application ecosystem.
• Own SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Compensation, Workforce Analytics, SAP BTP, integrations, identity services, and payroll interfaces.
• Drive HR digitalization and transformation by simplifying, standardizing, automating, and enhancing processes and user experiences across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, leveraging AI, workflow automation, and self-service capabilities.
• Govern HR master data, integrations, security, compliance, reporting, and analytics, ensuring data quality, privacy, regulatory adherence, and reliable workforce insights to support business decisions.
• Manage global payroll providers, technology vendors, implementation partners, and managed services, ensuring service excellence, contractual compliance, innovation, and value realization.
• Champion Agile, DevSecOps, and product-centric ways of working by driving application lifecycle management, CI/CD, observability, automation, testing, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and efficient HR services.

You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Information Systems, Business Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise HR Technology platforms, with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, cloud-based HCM solutions, and Agile, Product-Centric, and DevSecOps delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of global HR processes and technologies, including Hire-to-Retire, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, SAP ECC HR, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience managing HR integrations, payroll providers, identity services, APIs, middleware, data governance, security, compliance, and multi-country regulatory requirements.
• Experience driving application roadmaps, digital transformation, workflow automation, AI-enabled HR solutions, CI/CD, observability, and continuous platform optimization.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions and deliver results in global, multicultural, and multi-vendor environments
• Fluent English required; additional languages are considered an asset.
