• Hands-On Development: Spend approximately 25% of your time developing new features and fixing bugs, while leading and managing the team the rest of the time.

We are looking for a self-directed, highly responsible, and reliable team player who can inspire, mentor, and guide both on-site and remote teams. Your open-minded approach to new technologies and agile development, coupled with effective communication skills, will make you a leader by example in our international organization.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Educational Background: Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, electronics, or equivalent.
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and maintaining embedded software solutions in C++, C, unit testing, and scripting using state-of-the-art practices.
• Product Ownership: Proven experience as a technical product owner.
• Leadership Skills: Strong technical leadership abilities.
• Tool Proficiency: Experience with software development tools such as Linux, Git, JIRA, and agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban. Knowledge of real-time systems design and analysis is a plus.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English; Italian and German are a plus.
