Alpinestars is seeking an Electronics Project Leader Engineer to join our Electronics Department in Asolo, Italy on-site. You will lead product development, define Gantt plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality and timelines are met.
The role requires a Bachelor/Master in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in project management within automotive/motorsports, and knowledge of embedded C firmware and BLE/WiFi certifications. English fluency is essential.
Competenze
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Electronics and / or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within Automotive, Motorsports or Sporting Goods with focus on electronics components development.
- Knowledge of Product Development process and strong problem-solving abilities.
Mansioni
- Define the Gantt project and be responsible for execution, deliverables and timelines.
- Supervise task assignment within the team and collect project briefs.
- Plan and purchase activities for the project development process.
- Generate reports and provide feedback to teams and/or manager.
- Support development of innovative product components and technical solutions.
- Anticipate blockers in development and propose solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and certifications.
