About the job

We seek a skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to :

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps specialists
• Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
• Deploy and manage critical infrastructure

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Docker, JavaScript package publishing to NPM, automating mobile app builds, Linux system administration, and networking to ensure scalable, secure, and high-availability deployments.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead DevOps team, promoting best practices and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment quality and system stability
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions for rapid, reliable software delivery
• Integrate automated testing at every deployment stage
• Manage server configurations, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting
• Stay updated on industry trends, evaluate, and adopt new DevOps tools and practices

Requirements include 7+ years in DevOps/infrastructure roles, with leadership experience, expertise in Docker, JavaScript/NPM, CMake, Linux administration, and excellent communication skills. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
