In this role, you'll generate algorithms to meet business needs and stakeholder requirements, contributing to the broader digital strategy for our services to customers. You will collaborate across teams to execute projects effectively.

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing models and algorithms within assigned projects, ensuring technical robustness and adherence to standards.
  • Applying state-of-the-art methodologies, including research to introduce new data acquisition and analysis technologies.
  • Leading efforts in conference/journal publications and patent filings.
  • Preparing technical documentation aligned with engineering policies.
  • Ensuring solutions meet product requirements and digital trends, promoting AI adoption.
Fuel your passion

To succeed, you should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or Statistics with experience in Digitalization.
  • Knowledge of digital trends, Industry 4.0, AI, Data Acquisition Systems, and signal processing.
  • Proven Python programming skills.
  • Knowledge of Thermodynamics and/or Rotodynamics.
  • Clarity in decision-making and fluency in English (Italian is a plus), with an EU passport.
