Responsibilities
Data & Intelligence Business Line at NTT DATA seeks a Lead Data Architect AWS.

Your role includes:

• Managing key clients
• Maintaining relationships with AWS
• Leading the AWS Center of Excellence
• Leading Data & Analytics AWS projects
• Supporting recruitment efforts
• Supporting the value proposition
• Supporting skill and capability development, including:
• Designing data platforms on AWS data stores such as Redshift, DynamoDB, RDS, S3
• Designing operations architecture and conducting performance engineering for large-scale data lakes
• Applying the Well-Architected Framework to solution design and implementation
• Creating and maintaining optimal data pipeline architectures using AWS native services (e.g., Glue, Lambda) or data management tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica)
• Participating in client design workshops, providing trade-offs and recommendations
• Mentoring engineers in coding best practices and problem-solving

Required Skills

• Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in consulting firms
• At least 5 years managing a team of BI/data analysts up to senior level
• Experience working in AWS cloud-native environments
• Knowledge of Big Data architectures, both cloud and on-premise
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and networking
• Experience with AWS services like Kinesis, Kafka, Database Migration Service
• Experience with AWS storage services: S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB
• Experience with AWS compute services: EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS
• Experience developing proofs-of-concept to address business needs using appropriate technologies
• Experience migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud
• Experience monitoring distributed infrastructure with AWS tools or open-source solutions like CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Kanban
• Strong data manipulation and BI skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with top management
• Proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills for cross-functional teams
