Job summary

ANDRITZ is seeking a Head of Function Project Execution Complex Projects to lead a team of Project Managers and Execution professionals in complex hydropower services and modernization projects. You will drive safe, on-time, and profitable delivery while shaping governance, risk management, and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic growth, talent development and execution excellence in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in Project Management or Project Execution.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and portfolio coordination.
• Proven track record in complex hydropower projects or similar industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Project Managers and Execution professionals.
• Ensure safe, profitable and timely delivery of the project portfolio.
• Maintain direct responsibility for strategic or high-risk projects.
• Drive governance, risk management, and corrective actions on projects.
