ams OSRAM is seeking a technical architect to define broadband optical IC architectures and lead technology roadmaps. You will guide trade-off analyses and support teams through development and validation.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of IC development experience, multiple tape-outs, and strong SerDes/PLL/CDR/ADC/DAC knowledge, plus FinFET or FD-SOI exposure and MATLAB/Python skills.

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Define broadband optical IC architectures and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture trade-off analyses and drive technical decisions.
• Support implementation teams through development and validation.
• Participate in customer and technology roadmap discussions.
