HCLTech is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Solution Architect to lead solution design and implementation for enterprise warehouse programs. You will collaborate with customer business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable BY WMS solutions and provide architectural leadership across the implementation lifecycle.

Competenze

• 10+ years of supply chain/WMS experience with hands-on Blue Yonder WMS.
• Experience architecting and delivering 2–3 end-to-end BY WMS implementations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution-center processes.
• Deep knowledge of BY WMS configuration, design, extensions, and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating WMS with SAP/ERP, TMS, OMS, automation and third-party apps.

Mansioni

• Lead BY WMS solution architecture, design, and implementation for complex environments.
• Conduct discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand processes and transformation needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical designs aligned with BY capabilities.
• Design end-to-end warehouse processes (receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, shipping, etc).
• Define integration architecture between BY WMS and ERP/SAP, TMS, OMS, and automation.
• Provide architectural guidance for configuration, interfaces, data migration, testing and deployment.
• Review designs for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability; lead reviews.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare and production stabilization.
• Identify risks and drive decisions to closure; advise on transformation opportunities.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders and roadmap opportunities for BY.
• Assist in estimation, planning and identification of additional transformation opportunities.
