Le poste implique des audits de qualité, le développement des relations avec les clients et la supervision des audits. Les candidats doivent posséder une qualification reconnue et avoir une mentalité axée sur les résultats.

Competenze

• Qualification en tant qu'auditeur tiers selon les schémas de certification des systèmes de gestion.
• Qualification APSCA pour les audits tiers ou expérience en audits sociaux souhaitée.
• Maîtrise de l'italien et bonne connaissance de l'anglais est un plus.

Mansioni

• Planifier et exécuter des audits, rapporter les résultats et effectuer des suivis.
• Maintenir une relation positive avec le personnel client.
• Assurer le respect des normes de pratique professionnelle.

The main areas of responsibility are :

• Carry out in an efficient and competent manner the work for DNV as required by instructions / Quality System and / or as per formal agreement between the client and DNV.
• Promptly contact customers to confirm the planned activities.
• Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time.
• Maintain / acquire his / her Auditor Registration with DNV or any other registration having been a basis for his acceptance as Lead Auditor within DNV.
• Plan and execute audits, report findings and follow-up, when necessary, within agreed timescales and economic frameworks.
• Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas.
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with client personnel.
• Maintain high morale by contributing to an effective positive work environment.
• Act as a team player who works well with others and guides through the professional development process, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting.
• Maintain effective communication with line management, between audit team members, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure the correct use of production tools dedicated to auditing activities and the communication of updated data, in order to allow proper issue and management of certificates.

Minimum Requirements :

Already qualified as a third-party auditor according to primary voluntary schemes related to Management System Certification or equivalent experience.

• APSCA qualification for third-party audits, SA8000 qualification or experience in social audits constitutes a preferential title.
• Fluent Italian and a good knowledge of English will be a plus.
• Availability to travel in Italy.
• Good skills in teamwork.
• Positive and result-driven mindset.
• Good organizational skills.
