Una società di consulenza cerca un Lead Auditor per il settore ICT, responsabile della gestione delle relazioni con i clienti e dell'esecuzione di audit regolari. Il ruolo richiede un'esperienza significativa nella conduzione di audit e una solida comprensione delle normative di settore. I candidati devono possedere eccellenti capacità comunicative e la capacità di costruire forti relazioni con i clienti. È fondamentale la padronanza dell'italiano e una buona conoscenza dell'inglese.

Competenze

• Esperienza come Lead Auditor senior nei sistemi ICT (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ecc.).
• Fluente in italiano e competente in inglese.
• Massimi livelli di integrità e professionalità.

About the role

• Conduct regular auditing activities in the field;
• Manage relationships with clients and implement a customer-focused approach;
• Carry out work efficiently and competently as required by instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements;
• Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent registration for Lead Auditor status;
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and conduct follow-ups within agreed timeframes;
• Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate core competencies;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
• Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain high morale;
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting professional development;
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients;
• Use auditing tools properly to ensure proper certification processes.

The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management, such as:

• Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to build strong customer relationships;
• Experience in coordinating and managing an audit team;
• Proven attitude towards auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and client relations;
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;
• Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools;
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
