About the role

• Conduct regular auditing field activities;
• Manage client relationships and implement a customer-focused approach;
• Perform work efficiently and in accordance with instructions, quality systems, and formal agreements;
• Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent for Lead Auditor status;
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and conduct follow-ups within agreed timelines;
• Adhere to professional standards and demonstrate core competence;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients;
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team development;
• Maintain effective communication with management, team members, and stakeholders;
• Use auditing tools effectively and manage certification data properly.

The role also includes back-office tasks such as:

• Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to build strong customer relationships;
• Ability to coordinate and manage an audit team;
• Strong auditing skills with flexibility, mobility, and respect for deadlines;
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;
• Proficiency with basic software and IT tools;
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
