About the role

• Conduct regular auditing field activities;
• Manage relationships with clients and implement a total customer focus approach;
• Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements;
• Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent, qualifying as a Lead Auditor;
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timelines and budgets;
• Meet professional standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
• Contribute to a positive work environment and high morale;
• Work effectively as part of a team, guiding others and completing reviews and goals timely;
• Maintain effective communication with management, team members, and client stakeholders;
• Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and data management.

The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management, such as:

• Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor on ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers;
• Experience in coordinating and managing an audit team;
• Proven attitude towards auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining good relations with clients;
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;
• Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools;
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
