About the role

• Conduct regular auditing field activities;
• Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;
• Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements;
• Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent to serve as Lead Auditor;
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timelines and budgets;
• Meet professional standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team spirit;
• Maintain effective communication with management, team members, and clients;
• Ensure proper use of auditing tools and communication of updated data for certification processes.

The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management such as :

• Promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO / IEC 27001, ISO / IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to build strong customer relationships;
• Ability to coordinate and manage a team of auditors;
• Proven auditing skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain good client relations;
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;
• Proficiency with basic software and IT tools;
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
