Un'autorità di innovazione climatica in Italia sta cercando un Senior Lead Auditor per il settore ICT. Il candidato si occuperà di audit, gestione dei clienti e coordinamento di un team di auditor, garantendo il mantenimento degli standard professionali. Richiesta una solida esperienza in auditi e competenze comunicative eccellenti, prevalentemente in italiano e inglese.

• Esperienza come Senior Lead Auditor in schemi ICT (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, etc.).
• Fluente in italiano e competente in inglese.
• Capacità di coordinare e gestire un team di auditor.

About the role

• Conduct regular auditing field activities.
• Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus.
• Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, the Quality System, or formal agreements between the client and DNV.
• Ensure that the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times.
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other recognized registration to serve as Lead Auditor within DNV.
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow up as necessary within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain high morale.
• Work effectively as part of a team, guiding others through professional development, including timely reviews and goal setting.
• Maintain effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders.
• Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and communicate updated data to ensure proper certification processes.

The role will also include typical back-office tasks in support of project management, such as :

• Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT Sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO / IEC 27001, ISO / IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS).
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to build good relationships with customers.
• Ability to coordinate and manage an auditor team.
• Strong auditing skills, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining client relations.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools.
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
