About the role

• Conduct regular auditing field activities.
• Manage relationships with clients and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Perform audit work efficiently and competently according to instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements.
• Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times.
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent registration to qualify as Lead Auditor.
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and conduct follow-ups within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Adhere to professional standards and demonstrate competence in core areas.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with client personnel.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain high morale.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting professional development and timely completion of reviews and goals.
• Maintain clear communication with management, team members, and client stakeholders.
• Use auditing tools correctly to ensure proper issue and certification management.

The role also involves back-office tasks supporting project management, such as:

• Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT Sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS).
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships.
• Experience managing an Auditor team.
• Proven auditing skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, respect deadlines, and maintain good client relations.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
• Proficiency with basic software and IT tools.
• High integrity and professionalism.
