About the role

• Conduct regular auditing field activities;
• Manage relationships with clients and implement a customer-focused approach;
• Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements;
• Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent, qualifying as Lead Auditor;
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timelines and budgets;
• Meet professional standards and demonstrate core competencies;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale;
• Work collaboratively with team members and support professional development;
• Communicate effectively with management, team, and clients;
• Use auditing tools properly to ensure accurate data management and certification issuance.

The role also involves back-office tasks supporting project management, such as promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to build strong customer relationships;
• Experience in managing an audit team;
• Strong auditing skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, respect deadlines, and maintain good client relations;
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;
• Proficient with basic software and IT tools;
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
