Una compagnia di auditing di fama mondiale cerca un Senior Lead Auditor per il settore ICT. Sarai responsabile della conduzione degli audit, della gestione delle relazioni con i clienti, e del garantire alti standard di qualità e professionalità. Competenze

• Esperienza come Senior Lead Auditor in ICT con certificazioni ISO.

About the role

• Conduct regular auditing field activities;
• Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;
• Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions, the Quality System, and formal agreements with clients;
• Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other recognized registration to qualify as Lead Auditor;
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and conduct follow-ups within agreed timelines and budgets;
• Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
• Contribute to a positive work environment and maintain high morale;
• Work effectively as part of a team, guiding professional development and ensuring timely review and goal setting;
• Maintain effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders;
• Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and communicate updated data for proper certification processes.

The role also includes typical back-office tasks supporting project management, such as:

• Promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT Sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers;
• Ability to coordinate and manage an Auditor Team;
• Proven attitude towards auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and client relations;
• Fluent in Italian and good knowledge of English;
• Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools;
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
