About the role

• Conduct regular auditing field activities;
• Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;
• Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as per instructions, Quality System, or formal agreements;
• Ensure the independence of the DNV scheme is maintained at all times;
• Maintain or acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or equivalent accreditation to act as Lead Auditor;
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and conduct follow-up within agreed timelines and budgets;
• Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate core competence;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale;
• Work collaboratively with team members and support professional development;
• Communicate effectively with management, team members, and clients;
• Use and update auditing tools and data management systems properly.

The role also includes back-office tasks supporting project management, such as promptly contacting customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT sector schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to build strong customer relationships;
• Experience managing an auditing team;
• Proven auditing skills, flexibility, mobility, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines;
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English;
• Proficiency with basic software and IT tools;
• High integrity and professionalism.
