About the role

• Regular auditing field activities;
• Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;
• Carry out work efficiently and competently for DNV as required by instructions / Quality System and / or formal agreement between the client and DNV;
• Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time;
• Maintain / acquire Auditor Registration with DNV or other recognized registration, serving as a basis for acceptance as Lead Auditor within DNV;
• Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up when necessary within agreed timeframes and budgets;
• Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
• Maintain high morale and contribute to a positive work environment;
• Work effectively as part of a team, guiding others through professional development, including timely reviews and goal setting;
• Communicate effectively with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders;
• Use production tools correctly for auditing activities and data communication to ensure proper issue and management of certificates.

The role will also include typical back-office tasks in support of project management such as:

• Promptly contact customers to confirm planned activities.

About you

Position Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Lead Auditor in ICT Sector related schemes (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, eIDAS);
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers;
• Experience in coordinating and managing an Auditor Team;
• Proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining good client relations;
• Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English;
• Proficiency with basic software programs and IT tools;
• Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
