Competenze

Descrizione del lavoro

The Lead Auditor is a function in DNV Business Assurance Italy with the objective of leading the audit team in performing audits / assessments according to DNV standards and protocols, international standards or equivalent national standards, and according to the established DNV methodologies / rules.

ICT Lead Auditor for MSC is the figure who, within the Audit Group, possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to coordinate and conduct 3rd party audits (certification audits) with demonstrated experience in the ICT sector.

In the role of a Lead Auditor, you will:

  1. Proceed with regular auditing field activities;
  2. Manage relationships with clients and implement an approach of total customer focus;
  3. Carry out work for DNV efficiently and competently as required by instructions / Quality System and / or as per formal agreement between the client and DNV;
  4. Ensure that the independent nature of the DNV scheme is not compromised at any time;
  5. Maintain / acquire your Auditor Registration with DNV or any other registration that has been a basis for acceptance as a Lead Auditor within DNV;
  6. Plan and execute audits, report findings, and follow-up within agreed timescales and economic frameworks;
  7. Meet professional practice standards and demonstrate competence in core areas;
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with client personnel;
  9. Maintain high morale by contributing to an effective positive work environment;
  10. Act as a team player who works well with others and guides through professional development, including timely completion of reviews and goal setting;
  11. Maintain effective communication with line management, audit team members, and client stakeholders;
  12. Ensure the correct use of production tools dedicated to auditing activities and the communication of updated data, to allow proper issuance and management of certificates;
  13. Perform back-office tasks such as contacting customers to confirm planned activities;
  14. Promote a strong company culture with an emphasis on competence development;

Experience as a Lead Auditor on MSC-related schemes (ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 27001 and/or ISO 20000 and/or ISO 22301).

  • Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English.
  • Proven excellent communication, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build good relationships with customers.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage an Auditor Team.
  • Strong and proven attitude to auditing, including mobility, flexibility, working under pressure, respecting deadlines, and maintaining good relations with clients.
  • Ability to handle basic software programs and IT tools.
  • Highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
