AS A LEAD APPLICATION MANAGER, YOU WILL:

• IT Procurement: Be our go-to person for purchasing IT solutions and managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs and timelines.
• Help us design an IT roadmap to support our global expansion, from cloud adoption to new platform integrations.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to understand their needs and translate them into scalable, effective solutions.
• Continuously seek improvements to optimize performance and introduce innovations that simplify processes.
• Budgeting: Manage the IT budget focusing on resource optimization without compromising quality and speed.
• Compliance & Security: Ensure all IT operations comply with global security and privacy standards.

YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• International Experience: Managed teams or projects with a global scope and know how to operate on an international scale.
• Lead by Example: Hands-on leadership with experience in coordinating IT teams and projects.
• Procurement Experience: Skilled in vendor negotiations, maximizing IT resources within budget.
• Strategic Thinker: Experienced in planning and executing long-term strategies to grow the business.
• Data-Driven: Decisions based on data, with a willingness to test, analyze, and optimize.
• Technical Experience: Familiar with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM).
• Languages: Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
• IT Certifications: Certifications like PMP, ITIL are valued but not mandatory.
• Startup Experience: Background in fast-paced, dynamic environments is advantageous.
• Location: Ability to frequently reach the Milan office is mandatory.
