Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electronic/electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of product development experience.
• Experience with ADC, DAC, PLL, Oscillators, References, LDO, DC-DC, amplifiers, or filters.
• Experience creating and using behavioral models (AMS, DMS, Matlab, System-C or equivalent).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mentoring and development of junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define IP specifications based on product requirements.
• Ensure IP is realized via simulation and silicon.
• Drive SOC teams on IP integration quality.
• Document design, reviews, and IP integration.
• Support IP productization including characterization and life testing.
