Join a leading cloud solutions provider as a Sales Engineer where you will drive strategic partnerships and technology adoption among enterprise clients. This role involves providing thought leadership on Citrix products and addressing customer needs through tailored solutions. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a deep understanding of competitive cloud technologies, contributing to our mission to shape the future of work in the cloud era.
Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision makers.
Provide technical thought leadership and insights on Citrix products, workspace industry trends, and their relevance to our customers.
Understand your assigned accounts' current use cases, pain points, opportunities, and the value the solution brings to their business.
Consistently contribute to the broader team’s technical mindshare.
Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for CSG’s vision and associated technologies.
Assist with overcoming technical and competitive objections and accelerate the technical evaluation component of the sales cycle.
Maintain a solid understanding of competitive technologies and how to position to “win”.
Conduct demonstrations and technical presentations focused on Citrix products, remotely or at customer locations or CSG facilities.
Support complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations.
Drive the adoption and consumption of CSG products by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Formalize and deliver a strategic customer technology roadmap that identifies customer needs and translates into actionable opportunity proposals, operational requirements, high-level designs, and success plans.
Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to management.
Coordinate with wider technical teams to ensure the best customer outcomes.
Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications.
Excellent strategic thinking skills to lead and drive long-term customer journeys.
Strong project management skills for structured collaboration across virtual teams.
High level of sales and product solution knowledge.
Profound understanding of Citrix’s technologies and competitive domains, including:
Solid understanding of supporting technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and HCI solutions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of Sales Engineering or Consulting experience in high-tech / indirect sales, with success in driving workplace technology adoption in large enterprise customers.
Ability to navigate complex and matrixed organizations successfully.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the territory approximately 40% of the time.
