DLA Piper is seeking an ambitious Lawyer for their Employment team in Milan. The role involves advising both national and international clients on employment law issues, managing legal cases, and drafting agreements. Ideal candidates should have 1-4 PQE in employment law, possess strong academics, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Role purpose
We are currently recruiting a bright Lawyer to join our Employment team within our market leading Employment group in Rome or Milan. If you’re an ambitious Lawyer with a solid experience in employment, bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that’s redefining the possible. You will be advising leading national and international companies operating in the most prominent industries on a wide range of employment matters including general advice, both ordinary and strategic; assistance on contentious matters and the management of the relationship with trade unions; social security law.
We do not set up upper or lower limits of PQE for our vacancies. However, we think that candidates having between 1 and 4 PQE in the employment law sector are likely to have the right level of expertise to undertake the role.
