• Experience validating and testing optical performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise laser optical setups and beam paths.
• Work hands-on with optical tables, test benches, and lab instrumentation.
• Perform alignment, calibration, and validation of optical systems.
• Define and execute testing procedures for laser performance.
• Troubleshoot and improve system behaviour through experimental work.
• Support integration of validated optical systems into wider platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure performance in real applications.
