Ferco Aerospace Group is seeking Laser Operator Assistants to join our growing team. This full-time role supports Laser Operators, moving materials from racks to the laser, and preparing parts per work orders. You will lift, load, and sort parts in a climate-controlled facility, with a friendly, small-company feel.

The ideal candidate is energetic, capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and willing to learn. High school diploma or GED required; steel-toe shoes are needed.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Willing to learn and adapt to priority changes.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 pounds and stand long periods.

Mansioni

• Assist the Laser Operator with the laser machine.
• Move material from the sheet rack to the laser cut area per router requirements.
• Load or unload materials onto the laser table and sort parts by work instructions.
• Perform repetitious duties, such as hammering parts.
